This is an official app for RUNWALK ORPHE smart shoes that helps users regulate their physical condition & mind.

By connecting to the smart shoes jointly developed by ASICS and ORPHE, this app visualizes the state of mind and physic, and encourages improvement of the physical and mental balance. It can help you take time to understand your current condition and reflect on whether it’s time to slow down.

MAIN FEATURES

(1)Data analysis and evaluation provided by the ASICS Institute of Sport Science.

The original ASICS WALKING algorithm analyses and evaluates data measured by the dedicated ORPHE CORE 3.0 sensor and the Apple Health app.

Measured Parameters

- Immobility Time: the time when you are not moving due to office work, etc.
- Number of Steps: the total number of steps taken since the application was launched.
- Speed: the speed of walking.
- Stride: the length of your stride. RUNWALK ORPHE calculates the stride as the distance from the point one foot touches the ground to where it touches the ground again.
- Strike Angle: the angle at which the heel touches the ground.
- Stance Phase Duration: the time from ground contact to a takeoff / the time the shoe is in contact with the ground.

(2)Automatic scoring for the physical condition and mind.

The system displays scores for your physical state and mind, along with comments and evaluation of the walking style. And at the end of each day, you get a summary of your daily results.

(3)Immediate gait check.

The 30-second manual measurement mode helps you run an instant confirmation of your current gait status, displaying detailed data such as speed, stride and strike angle.
